Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vinseva is committed to transparency and accountability in all donation-related activities. Donations made to Vinseva are voluntary in nature and are utilized to support the organization’s charitable objectives.

 As a general rule, donations once made are non-refundable. However, Vinseva recognizes that exceptional situations may arise and has outlined limited circumstances under which refund requests may be considered.

1. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund request may be reviewed only in the following cases:

·        Duplicate donation due to technical or system error

·        Incorrect donation amount debited unintentionally

·        Transaction failure where the amount has been debited but not reflected correctly

·        Any error attributable solely to Vinseva or its authorized payment partners

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or personal reasons once a donation has been successfully processed.

2. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, the donor must submit a written request within 7 (seven) days from the date of donation through Vinseva’s official communication channels.

The request must include:

·        Transaction reference or proof of payment

·        Donor’s name and contact details

·        Brief description of the reason for requesting a refund

Incomplete or delayed requests may not be eligible for consideration.

3. Processing of Refunds

·        Vinseva will review valid refund requests and provide a response within 14 (fourteen) working days.

·        Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the donor.

·        The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the donor’s account depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

4. Tax Benefit & Donation Receipts

·        Donations for which a donation receipt or tax exemption certificate has already been issued are not eligible for refund.

·        In exceptional cases where a refund is approved due to an error solely attributable to Vinseva, the organization may reverse the donation and bear applicable transaction charges.

Donors are advised to consult their tax advisors regarding eligibility and implications of tax benefits.

5. International Donations

Refunds for international donations, if approved, may take up to 15 (fifteen) working days due to international banking timelines and regulatory requirements.

6. Final Decision

The decision to approve or reject a refund request rests solely with Vinseva and shall be final. Vinseva reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
